Overall, it's very good. The boss is very enthusiastic and helps with luggage. The car is easy to park. The only drawback is that the third floor is being renovated. I could hear it very clearly on the second floor, so I didn't sleep well. The wifi signal on the second floor only has one or two bars, and the network is always disconnected.
