在商業樓裏，周邊吃的不多，過年期間沒啥吃的。樓下有點小吃，便利店很多，離商場也很近，地鐵也不遠。下樓就能打車，跟便利。 電梯比較難等，洗衣機很小，洗不了幾件衣服。整體還可以，衞生中等吧，大過年的不漲價，老闆很佛繫了。基本遠程管理了，臨時有事，提前退房，也沒扣錢，良心賣家。

差評！原因如下: 1. 老闆隱瞞房間致命缺陷！房間其實是複式房的上層，有一個很小很陡的樓梯，樓梯在整個房間佈局的正中央，去廁所或者客廳都要路過，且空間很小，有較大的安全隱患。老闆也是清楚知道這個問題，所以在他的房間照片展示中完全隱去了該缺陷。 2. 利用顧客的需求漫天要價！起初預訂時先看到的另外一個房型，是兩室一廳的，比這套兩天貴了78元，若當時知道有樓梯，我肯定是會選這套兩室一廳在複式房一層的。當發現有潛在危險時，希望能補差價換去樓下的房間，被告知兩天要補252元。老闆不地道，有種乘你病要你命的感覺。 3. 廚房裡放了電磁爐，但沒有任何的鍋碗瓢盆，更別提油鹽醬醋等調味料了，雖然我們也不自己做飯。老闆，那你這樣設計一個廚房是幹嘛的？ 4. 衞生間非常小，洗澡的地方手都伸不太直。老闆若想學日本酒店，請把日本酒店的乾淨也一併學去吧。 5. 兩個床上的被褥都不太乾淨。 房間是給來福州看我的爸媽和小孩準備的，長者小孩住在那裡兩天，我就擔心了兩天，長者覺得差價太貴也沒捨得讓我補差價換房。其實，這些問題都是可以解決的，比如安全問題在樓梯口裝個腰門就會安全很多。希望老闆在賺錢的同時能再多一點同理心吧。
