安瀾公寓（工業路分店）是一家找不到的酒店，無異於黑店！本人8月12號晚上9點下單訂房，晚上10點20分按酒店定位打的的到達，到處找不到酒店，多次打酒店電話也聯繫不上，直到晚上11點半還是找不到該酒店。萬般無奈，衹好去其它酒店入住。下單時，説的是先入住後付款，可是8月13日卻被強行付款282元。15日上平台申述退款無果。

🙋[對於房東，我想説] 房東人很好，無接觸入住，給的提示讓我們很快找到了停車場和房間。
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜] 房間與介紹的一樣，洗衣機和冰箱沒看到，但因為衹住一晚，也不影響。有個超大投屏，小朋友很喜歡，一進門馬上説想要看奧特曼哈哈。
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]周邊有公交站，離萬象城和三坊七巷也很近，吃喝玩樂方便。

比較安靜，房子在小區裏面，進出超方便，房東回覆信息也比較快，除了房間小了一點點其他沒什麼毛病，最主要的是安靜乾淨，床睡的也很舒服，窗簾遮光效果也很好，很滿意的一次體驗，下次還會來！

位置很好，客服回覆很快很仔細，環境挺安靜的，衞生也做的挺乾淨，實景跟圖片一致。就是我不習慣太高的枕頭，導致睡的不是很安穩。如果是以我訂單的價格，性價比相當高。推薦！

床真的超級舒服！住酒店也很難睡到這種床墊！如果你的選擇是快捷酒店，不用猶豫改選它！捲紙抽紙都是山姆的，洗髮水沐浴露都是資生堂，洗手液是威露士，居然還有洗面奶！真的是在家的感覺！投影超清晰，音響效果好！入住退房無接觸，方便！很滿意，有機會還會選擇！

住的附近有很多吃飯的地方旁邊還有一個愛琴海購物商場。帶小朋友去那裡特別方便裏面吃的玩的，都特別多小區，這裏也是很方便進出保安多還比較給力，門口有很多停車位，我聽了24小時過夜的費用是45塊錢。
房間是一個三室一廳的房子有兩個衞生間房子裏有洗衣機還有廚房的東西都特別齊全，有一張桌子七八個人在裏面吃飯，沒有問題有沙發有電視唯一的缺點，就是每個房間裏面沒有Wi-Fi所以信號特別差，小朋友要上網課就不是很方便，必須在客廳裏面上，每個房間都有空調，每個房間都有一起貴安東西很方便。這個地方去日周圍的，衹是今天都比較方便，不是很堵車。

客服很熱情周到，還可以寄存行李。剛入住就發現床單破洞，淋浴房地漏堵塞，客服很快就派人來換了👍🏻。床和枕頭確實很舒服，和家裡的感覺差不多，晚上睡得很好。馬桶是智能的👍🏻洗髮水、沐浴露也都是資生堂的。投影很清晰，音響效果非常棒，有影院的感覺。衹是沒想到，途家自營的公寓，衞生標準確是不高，比我自己家裡低了三個等級。牆面很多污漬，淋浴房玻璃看着起碼半年沒有擦過了，洗臉池打玻璃膠之類的地方泛黃有黴斑。黑色遙控器沒有後蓋，白色投影遙控器背面一圈厚厚的黃黑老污垢，果然是賓館旅店裡最臟的東西
