Hyatt Regency Fuzhou Cangshan

Got an upgrade to a river view room. The service was excellent, and the room was soundproof, clean, and incredibly hygienic—exceeded my expectations. It's one of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed in recently. I even recommended it to my relatives yesterday as their top choice when visiting Fuzhou.

Traveling with my bestie, we booked a twin room and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. Both beds were super comfy and large, perfect for taking great pictures. The cleanliness was top-notch; not a speck of dust even in the corners. The bathroom counter had plenty of space, making it easy to do our makeup. Tina, one of the staff members, was incredibly friendly and promptly brought extra towels when we asked. The hotel's surroundings are fantastic too, with bubble tea shops and hotpot restaurants everywhere, and it's super convenient for shopping. The soundproofing was excellent, so our late-night chats didn't disturb anyone. Definitely the top choice for a girls' trip!

It was okay, the price was quite affordable. We were in Fuzhou with our child, and the room was pretty spacious. It was decent, and the breakfast was also alright, nothing spectacular but satisfactory. I might consider staying here again if I have the chance.

The competition venue was well-chosen, spacious and welcoming, and for a while, the entire hotel was filled with music – even the restrooms became practice areas! 😂 Check-in was smooth. The front desk lady (I didn't catch her name 😳) saw that my child was under 12 and proactively offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a very thoughtful service. The competition was scheduled for 4 PM, and when I requested a 3 PM late checkout, the front desk immediately made a note of it without hesitation. This is a great hotel, and the breakfast is delicious. I'd definitely consider staying here again for future concerts.

I stayed at the hotel for two consecutive nights, and the facilities were great in all aspects. The front desk assigned us a room with a fantastic view, directly overlooking the river – the view was wide open and truly thoughtful and user-friendly. I especially want to commend the breakfast; not only was it abundant, but the level of refinement was also rare. I ordered two portions of Eggs Benedict every day, and it was truly a delightful experience. I will definitely be back next time.

Traveling with a family of three, choosing the right hotel really enhances the trip's enjoyment. The hotel also has a lawn area outdoors, and on the 21st floor, there's a special 'Joyful Kids Camp' for family activities. It was lovely to take the kids for walks and play there in the mornings and evenings. Tina at the front desk was patient and enthusiastic, proactively helping us store our luggage and recommending nearby kid-friendly attractions. The mattress was just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, so our child slept soundly after a day of playing. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was stress-free. You can truly feel the hotel's dedication to families with children, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling with kids.
