Response from Property: We sincerely apologize for the issue with the washing machine and dryer you mentioned. We have communicated with you regarding this, and the dry cleaner owner stated that the coating on your sun-protective clothing peeled off when washed in the washing machine, causing the oil stains to adhere to your other clothes. Even if a washing machine doesn't completely clean clothes, it would never remove oil stains that would transfer onto them. Our laundry room has never encountered this problem before. Other guests have also washed their clothes after you, and no similar issues have been observed. Furthermore, we addressed your feedback promptly by sending your clothes to the dry cleaners. If the hotel had ignored your feedback, we could accept giving us a 1-star rating for service, but we actively addressed the issue immediately. We apologize again and wish you a pleasant stay.
