I spent two long stays in an apartment totalling almost 1 year. Everything about the hotel is world class and not expected in Gaborone. The service is excellent. Always greeted by name, by all staff. Friendly, efficient and maximum attention to detail. Food quality is excellent except for beef steak. Mostly tough. Room serviced to perfection twice a week. Excellent housekeeping service. Quick and very efficient. Same day Laundry as well. 28th floor restaurant a treat. Magnificent views and outstanding service from bar and restaurant staff. Overall a 5 star experience.

It consistently delivers. We love the spacious room (premium double room with balcony views, non smoking). The rooftop restaurant is always incredible and so is the room service. Lovely facilities and well maintained. Took a point off for location, it's in the Gaborone CBD, there's a shopping mall nearby (probably walking distance), but it's more offices and other hotels about. It's quiet and a nice little hideaway without being remote from the rest of town. Some people prefer this, some people don't.

The first thing you receive when those sliding doors open is a very warm welcome with smiles from front desk assistants, good location,delicious food and the rooms are spacious and really clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

It is an excellent Hotel in Gaborone, very neat, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff and services are also very helpful and friendly. It is an as good a hotel as anywhere else in the developed places. Will definitely stay there again if I visit Gaborone again.

The staff is exceptionnaly friendly and their hospitality is remarkable. The room is spatious and the sundown is a must to discover. The food is delicious and the breakfast is my recommendation. The cherry on the cake is the spectacular night view from the restaurant. Breathtaking!. The cleaness of the room is remarkable. I highly recommend Room50 two.

The hotel was really good. Spacious, well built and in a good location. However, the General Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I was on a business trip and was in the middle of a transaction with a vendor when she came and started yelling at me for apparently staying too long at the reception waiting area with my guests. She wasn't even willing to hear me out. That interaction left a bad taste in my mouth-I actually checked out of the hotel after 2 days even though I was booked in for 7 days. I decided to go elsewhere where I would be treated with basic respect.

Very good location, very friendly staff, good internet quality. Very comfortable room and impressive view from the restaurant at 28th floor. I would add more cheese, baguette, vegetables. for breakfast.

Bathtub was leaking and flooded the bedroom, air-conditioned in the bedroom did not work, fridge door in the kitchen did not close properly. Restaurant is overrated and overpriced. Reception staff did not really care about any complains.
