Vue absolument magnifique. chambre bien décorée et très propre mais un gros manque d'intimité ! Beaucoup de passage sur la terrasse que nous pensions privée, pas de volet ni de rideau au niveau des toilettes : un simple pichet sur la fenêtre et n'ouvrez pas le rideau de la chambre car vous tombez directement dans le salon de la réception ! Petit déjeuner très correct mais dommage de devoir choisir entre salé et sucré. Grosse déception au niveau de l'apéritif à 25 € par personne pris le soir sur la terrasse (magnifique couché de soleil) verre de vin blanc très ordinaire et sur facturation de 4€ non annoncée pour avoir pris un gin tonic (proposé par la serveuse et le gin......on le cherche encore ! C'est mesquin pour 4 nuits !

L’endroit est magique et la vue à couper le souffle. Si l’on veut se reposer et tout oublier c’est l’endroit idéal. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et servi sur la terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Nous avons choisi de réserver un apéritif un soir qui devait nous être facturé 25€ par personne et nous avons eu un petit supplément de 4€ pour le Gin Tonic un peu mesquin tout de même c’est dommage

Che bella Location Ho prenotato presso "La Casa del Fico" insieme al compagno per passare due giornate in pieno Relax - che dire, tutto bellissimo! Dall'Accoglienza, effettuata da una stupenda cagnolona che ti porta direttamente in Reception - già qui il mio cuore si è completamente sciolto. La camera? Fornita di ogni Comfort con un piccolo terrazzino che fa sognare ad occhi aperti data l'impagabile vista mare e poi la Colazione: prodotti locali, dolci e salati, che soddisfa il palato di chiunque.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per una notte e il suo punto di forza è la vista spettacolare di Santa Maria di Leuca ma la struttura ha molti aspetti da migliorare dato i costi in bassa stagione di 155 euro a notte. L'hotel al momento del check-in ti fà firmare dei fogli dove ti chiede cosa vuoi mangiare/bere il giorno dopo cosa mai vista in tanti hotel. Il parcheggio è fuori dall'hotel e nel momento del check out devi portare le valigie in una discesa che porta al parcheggio esterno. La camera non ha cassaforte e telefono per chiamare la reception. La colazione è con una vista spettacolare ma con api che ti girano intorno per tutto il tempo. Ha una bella vista ma tanti servizi da migliorare dato che con quel prezzo ci dirmi alla litoranea.

Una esperienza negativa nella giornata del nostro anniversario!! Oltre al bel panorama non c’è altro…nessun servizio, colazione con costi aggiuntivi, parcheggio fantasma e la macchina bisogna lasciarla all’esterno sulla strada provinciale, terrazzino pericoloso senza ringhiera dove abbiamo rischiato un paio di volte con nostro figlio di 9 anni….figuriamoci se fosse stato più piccolo, abbiamo elemosinato anche uno stendino per far asciugare i costumi e teli mare, camera umida piena di vermi e lumache, rifiniture da muratore improvvisato, il battiscopa staccato in più punti e pezzo forte, doccia senza piastrelle con idropittura spacciata per resina!! Al check/out Siamo stati ingiustamente accusati di aver creato una crepa in doccia Vistosamente datata arricchita da muffa, il tutto con toni accesi e maleducazione ci e’ stato chiesto un indennizzo forfettario di 90,00€ ma noi da signori e gente per bene che non ha tempo da perdere abbiamo preferito pagare per evitare un’azione legale!! Rapporto qualità prezzo molto discutibili!! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!! Anniversario da dimenticare!!

Il paradiso esiste…questa struttura è meravigliosa,curata,e regala un panorama mozzafiato. È un’oasi di pace e di bellezza a pochi km in auto da spiagge e paesi molto suggestivi da visitare. La colazione è favolosa,composta da specialità locali;il personale è tutto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Struttura meravigliosa con vista spettacolare, circondata da un giardino mediterraneo di pini marittimi. Posizione ottimale, vicinissima a Santa Maria di Leuca. Camere ben attrezzate e con una vista fantastica. La colazione impeccabile, varia, abbondante e con prodotti di elevata qualità viene servita sul bellissimo terrazzo con vista mare. Tutto lo staff gentile, professionale e premuroso. Unica pecca il parcheggio, effettivamente non comodissimo in quanto appena fuori dalla struttura, ma nel complesso è davvero un bellissimo posto. Consigliato!
