Oak Tree Emerald Hotel & Conventions Semarang

The hotel was so dirty, so many blood stains on bed sheet, we requested to change to the new one and still some stains was there, seems like they need to change their bed sheet. Found many hairs in the room also, the cleaner should clean more! Price was affordable and have good view from window. The Hot water was fine but need time to make it hot. Floor was clean but can be improved, the furniture was old and dump, can be improved.

We stayed during Hari Raya Holiday. Check in went smoothly, room arrangement was same with our requirement. The room interior is made of wood and it feels a bit damp. If the staff could turn on the air conditioning in advance, it will help to ward off the dampness. A bit chaos during breakfast in the restaurant due to so many people breakfast in the same time. The restaurant ran out some of dishes and they take time to replenish. But it still understandable because we stay on D-Day of Hari Raya. There is room for improvement, but overall we enjoy our stay at Oak Tree Hotel.

Great hotel actually, nice pool and breakfast, but the building and interior is a little bit old that I’m not really into it. Many cracks at the wall and floor that not looks good. Its located in a local residences, not too close to the center of the city.

The room is good and has a nice view. But the breakfast has limited choices. The lift is smelly too

My review of the Oaktree Emerald Hotel in Semarang is deeply disappointing. The condition of the room was extremely poor. The staff's attitude lacked the finesse necessary to maintain hospitality. It was truly shocking that they opened our room twice without permission, even at 11 p.m. The Duty Manager, Jehovan, seemed to feel no remorse for his foolish actions. The room was dirty and the hygiene was very poor. All the staff lacked professionalism, and above all, there were issues with their integrity. There were far too many instances of lying and deceiving consumers. This situation is completely inconsistent with the basic service a hotel should provide. A hotel should offer a safe and comfortable space for its guests, but this hotel has failed to meet those expectations. If these issues are not resolved, consumers using this hotel will continue to be disappointed. After directly experiencing the serious issues with the quality of service at this hotel, I do not recommend it. The management of this hotel needs to reassess their approach to customer service and seriously consider the behavior of their staff.

lack of cleanliness, the bathroom water flow is blocked, the cupboard is dusty, air conditioner is not cold, the swimming pool water is not clear. First experience of staying at a 4 star hotel was disappointed.
