Though it’s located very near to the train station but it just doesn’t feel safe. Not for solo female travellers. The surrounding isn’t that great. People on weekend just hanging around smoking n drinking on street n making noise. Staff is good. But I won’t stay again.

Excellent stay with friendly staff.

There's a Coop supermarket below the hotel, which is convenient. The room was clean. The air conditioning worked well, making it comfortable. You can also walk to the Aare River.

Facilities: Very convenient, very close to the train station. Cleanliness: Very clean, and cleaning is timely. Environment: Convenient for dining nearby, with some authentic local restaurants. Service: Excellent, very warm and friendly; Milo was very nice!

Everything was excellent, excellent breakfast, just a small problem with the sink being slightly clogged but it can happen

We went to Milan airport in the morning and stayed overnight nearby. The hotel itself was quite nice, with good facilities and breakfast. Although it was very close to the station, the noise level was manageable. However, there seemed to be a lot of Black people around; when we arrived in the evening and left in the morning, we saw groups of Black people loitering around.

The hotel is relatively close to the airport, and the rooms are decent. The breakfast is quite commendable. There's a train station nearby. Black people often gather and loiter in the area, so those who regularly go for a morning run will have to give it up.

Very satisfactory room with high cost performance

The room is small but very clean. It has everything you need. The front desk is very welcoming. The location is very good, opposite the train station. The breakfast is okay.
