We stayed in the apartment in corte manta separated from the main building where the reception is. It's an apartment well equipped with kitchen, fridge and washing machine. The location is amazing: a few minutes away from the beach and in the heart of the Old city. Parking is not an option (despite being listed in the feature of the accomodation): The entire old city is similar to a congestion charge zone (ZTL) and cars are therefore not allowed in.There are several parking spaces before entering the old town. The free of charge ones (white lines) are very few/far and almost impossible to find. There are several parking spaces with a charge ( blue lines) and the hourly fee varies from 1 to 2 euros. Some charge you 24h others just from 9 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to midnight, so worth checking what best suits you. The apartment was not very clean. The hob and the oven were full of food residue and the cutlery drying rack was filthy. The bathroom ceiling was full of mould and there was a lingering odour of mould in the apartment. The host was abrupt, borderline rude, and the communication a bit slow. The buffet breakfast is served in the rooftop of the main building. A very good variety of sweet/savoury options ( mini croissant, pasticciotto, toast, focaccia, fresh fruit, yogurt etc). Charge is €5 per person if not included already. Very good value for money and very good views.Gallipoli is wonderful
