Sea La Vie 4 min to Seawall or Cruise Port

We named our beach house Sea La Vie because we are continuously updating it and making it better! We know you will love it as we do! The beach is only 1 mile away and it is so awesome to be on the seawall in a matter of four minutes! At the same time, you can go the opposite direction and in same amount of time, be shopping and dining on The Strand or headed out on your cruise! It is the perfect place to make memories with your friends and family! The space - Entrance is handicap accessible. - We have a King Room, a Queen Room, and a Bunk Room that holds two sets of bunk beds. - Dining, Living, and front room for relaxing or playing chess. Dining table seats 4 and bar by kitchen seats 4 - 1 mile from the beach -1.5 miles to Pleasure Pier - 1 mile to The Strand for food, fun, and shopping -Fast free wifi and a workspace -Free driveway and street parking. - Beautiful church bells from the historic Grace Episcopal Church twice a day (listen closely it is a memory you don't want to miss!) - Washer and dryer available - Pool room out back (although we have an AC out there it is very warm in the summer day hours...thanks Texas for that. Updates all the time happening! - Chess game and board games, bikes and Beach toys available to you. - Three showers! Perfect for near the ocean! - Outdoor washing/hose area to rinse off sand when you get back from the beach. - All new mattresses, pillows, sofa, and loveseat. So much is new, this is our dream home. Guest access You get the entire house and game room out back. Other things to note I think of Sea La Vie like she is Mary Poppins, practically perfect in every way! However, we are excited to keep updating as we go in the future! Exciting plans and changes to update the kitchen, laundry, and fun shed are on the wish list. However, if you can love her as she is now, as we do, then welcome to our family! Come enjoy! ##Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood; please respect quiet hours from 10pm-8am We love our neighbors and want to respect them.## ## Must be 25+ to rent ## There are always exceptions … we have young adult children and if you are a responsible person and you cross your heart and promise you will have no loud parties we may be open to it, I really don't like adultism. :) ##Please be sure you have uploaded a facial photo and a verified ID before requesting to book. It is essential for safety and security purposes ## ##The top bunks have lighter mattresses for lighter people or kids. We can house 8 adults but the top bunks would be best for smaller humans. #We allow pets but PLEASE do NOT allow them on the beds or furniture in order to protect our linens and comforters, and future guests. There is a $15 pet fee .We require approval from us and photos of the animals. We prefer animals under 50 pounds. Also, we have dog bowls under the cabinet by the kitchen sink, and a crate in the garage you may use. (I will always give exceptions depending on your pet's behavior.) Please only bring well-behaved pets. Please clean up pet poo when you leave. Our little Sea La Vie is precious to us. Please love it as we do and be gentle and kind to her and keep her nice for everyone that comes after you. We are just a family like yours and this is our dream. We have poured a lot of money, time, and love into our little home and hope you will help us make it a blessing to others for years to come. We are not big property owners, this is it.
