This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in anywhere. It's like stepping back in time. The room was a bit small, but it was just the two of us so it didn't matter. The bed was very comfortable and well appointed. The shower head system was a bit too complicated and there really wasn't enough pressure for all the different shower heads on it, but I was able to figure it out. Still I would have preferred a simpler shower head.
The lobby, the bar, the pool...everything is beautiful and classy. The new renovations look great!

No water pressure on the cold water and for the price the room was way to small. Very disappointed.

Staff were incredible, but that’s where the luxury ends. Room was small with limited pillows, towels, and no in-room fridge. Dining options were lacking. Tried the Sunday brunch—at $89 per person, it was a major letdown (3.5/5 at best). For a hotel marketed as “luxury,” I expected much more.

Loved the hotel but noticed there is nothing available late night for snacks or eating. No vending machines or snack kiosks. Not enough incidentials for one day.

Hotel was amazing. Pool area was super nice. Only small issue not enough valet staff at night getting vehicles. Had to wait 30 minutes for car. Bars were spectacular. Staff super friendly.

Not the best stay!
Beautiful hotel! Great location.
Only 2 table lamps in room! Definitely not enough light! Refrigerator was so small.
It held only a couple of sodas!

While relaxing with drinks in the first floor/lobby chairs we were bothered by numerous flies. Presumably they come in the revolving doors. Very annoying.
