The breakfast was great but there was nowhere to sit . Options are outside, your room or your car . Not so nice in bad weather

Room was clean. My biggest complaint is the birds. We stayed there over the weekend of Jan 12th on oceanview side. There were literally like over 100 birds on cars and in parking lot. They were noisy throughout the night and morning. Hard to sleep over the noise. Some kind of deterrance needs to be done to correct this.

Overall hotel was good considering the price. A few things that could be improved on: 1. There were dark hairs in the bathtub.
2. The door needs more weather *****ping.
3. Towels were very thin.
4. Mattresses need to be replaced, you can feel the springs.
Front desk personnel were very friendly and the maintenance dept. was very responsive.

It had a kitschy feel within the rooms, but it felt like a half hearted renovation. The plumbing was loose, the water never got hot, and the room had a dead roach waiting for us.
The beds felt uncomfortable and it took a while for the room to cool down.

Discussing place curtains would not shut fully
Phone didn’t work and the breakfast terrible no coffee made and nothing much to eat
Outside chairs needed a dam good clean
Thank goodness it was only one night

it is an old fashioned motel - thee lobby is a nightmare.. the rooms look really nice.. if you don't look at the details.. all looks rusty and in urgent need of an overhaul..
it could be a wonderful place to stay or it used to be. We also went to the restaurant - lovely - food absolutely gorgeous and the staff very very friendly and awesome!
