The location is very convenient. Room was smaller than expected and ensuite bathroom did not have enough hooks nor shelves. Moreover the basin is in the room not in the bathroom, I stayed with other five people and it was mega uncomfortable

This hostel is very good. Good location, just minutes walk from Galway bus station. Very cozy atmosphere overall. The breakfast is delicious as well.

The experience was excellent, good breakfast and for me I can safe much money because I stayed in city centre and also they provide fruits, coffee and tea as a complementary. Common room is so comfy, play piano and guitar and fast wifi too! It’s so nice for travelers!

Strategically located in the Galway city, many tour buses stop right in front and Kinlay has their own Galway Tour too. Clean private room and bathroom, thankfully there was a standing fan in the room to beat the sunny summer heat (unusual for Galway). Complimentary breakfast was awesome, delicious homemade Irish Soda bread, yummy scones that I missed on our last day there. Free flow of water, apples, tea, coffee and hot chocolate making that you could make yourself anytime. Would come back again, highly recommended.

The service is like the hotel claimed to make 100% perfect. Well maintained, and always clean and cleaning. Front desk is very helpful and happy what they are doing. The is a perfect example for managing a hostel.
