Room 207 (checked out May 5th, 2026)
The rooms themselves were clean and satisfactory. However, our morning began with an abrupt and complete disruption of the water supply. There was no running water from the taps, no possibility of showering, and the toilets were unflushable.
Upon informing the cleaning staff in the hallway, we were assured that the manager would address the issue promptly.
We waited for approximately 45 minutes; other rooms were also affected, and nearly an hour passed with the problem remaining unresolved. Eventually, we were offered an alternative room solely for the purpose of taking a shower. This situation entirely derailed our morning routine.
We subsequently decided to check out of the hotel. What truly exacerbated the experience was the response from the hotel reception staff.
When confronted, their statement was, "This sort of thing happens and is beyond our control." There was a complete absence of apology or empathy.
While our check-in experience had been pleasant, the check-out process proved to be an entirely different matter, leaving us with a decidedly negative impression.
We would have appreciated a more understanding staff and a more appropriate form of compensation.
At least the pizza was good from nearby Dough Brothers.
We are unsure if this was an isolated incident or a recurring problem, but the apparent indifference exhibited by the reception staff certainly warrants attention.
