The hotel is located in a fantastic location but is very outdated. There are many excursions possible. The breakfast as well as the evening buffet is simple. The food is lukewarm and not hot and therefore disappointing. A hotel that one has to choose for the location.

It is in the entrance of rainforest jungle. At night, you hear many animal sound. The soundproof is really bad. You can hear not only animals but all the tv, shower, toiler, etc that human can make. The dinner buffet is not good. The food at the bar is bad. And the tour cost is crazily expensive.

This hotel is wonderful! The common areas are incredible, and the views are spectacular. We had breakfast on the lounge terrace (a delicious buffet with a huge variety) while watching all sorts of birds, including flocks of toucans. The pool is spectacular and truly located in a unique spot. If you love animals as much as we do, as soon as we left our room, we saw marmosets and agoutis in the hallway. It's true that the rooms are a bit dated and they could certainly add things like a hairdryer. But honestly, we didn't mind at all because the place itself is marvelous.

Жили в номерах с видом на реку 727 и 726. Внутри номера все ожидаемо и знакомо . Приятно порадовали большим количеством полотенец и вода в стеклянных бутылках. Осушители новенькие, но очень шумные также как и кондиционер. Неприятным был еще и шум с улицы от расположенных рядом генераторов и настолько сильный, что невозможно было находиться на балконе ( и звуками джунглей /птиц насладиться не удалось. Приедем еще но больше в те номера не пойдем !

Friendly staff and beautiful location. Loved our room with a view of the river with a hammock. We especially enjoyed the aerial tram, monkeys, sloth and butterfly exhibits — the tropical landscape is magnificent. It is very hot and humid, be sure to swim and stay hydrated. Lots of memories made here.

This is a wonderful “back to nature” experience. It is in the rainforest - expect rainforest conditions. The staff here are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The property is in an amazing location but needs a little updating while I appreciate that there is constant moisture in the air, some areas could be updated / painted and maintained a little better. Our stay here was still wonderful regardless.

I had a great time in Gamboa; one of the reasons was the Hotel, Gamboa Rainforest Reserve. I was really surprised with the location, Gamboa is a paradise. The hotel is beautiful, nice rooms. The hotel rooms are quite spacious and cool, considering the climate in Gamboa in late June and early July; the weather is very hot and the humidity intense. The hotel has a beautiful bar with a balcony and a wonderful view. The service is very good, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very good and varied.
