I was very disappointed with my stay here. The place looks beautiful and the environment is calm and relaxing, which is the only good thing I can mention. But everything else did not meet expectations at all. There were no balls available for the pool game, even though it was advertised. The electricity kept going on and off many times, which was very frustrating and uncomfortable. At one point, around 4 times they has to come inside our cabana to fix the electricity issue, which felt very uncomfortable and intrusive. The food was very bland and below average. It did not feel worth the money we paid at all. I could only eat about 4 to 5 spoons and had to leave the rest. It felt like a complete waste of money. On top of that, the service was very poor and unprofessional. Staff did not seem organized or attentive to guests. Many of the complimentary activities they promoted were not available, which was very disappointing because we were looking forward to them. It felt like we paid a high price but did not receive the full experience that was promised. Kayaking was fun and that was the only activity that was available. Also, the road to reach the location is not in good condition, which made the journey a bit difficult. Overall, I feel like we wasted our money. I would only recommend choosing the bed and breakfast option if you really want to visit, just to enjoy the environment, but do not expect much more than that.
