The location and view are really great! The price was also cheaper than nearby accommodations, so it was nice.
It's close to the coffee street and the beach, so it's great for a leisurely walk.
It was nice to be able to go to cafes here and there :) 
The downside is that the room smells like cigarettes.
I don't know if it's just the room I stayed in.
The mustiness got better when I turned on the air conditioner, but the cigarette smell was the same even when I turned on the air conditioner. That part was disappointing.
