The best property in gangtok, service 10/10, food 10/10. Highly recommended.

It was an ok experience. The hotel is a little run down in parts. Service at the dinner rooms were not always the best. The staff are not really bothered and would not give the menu quickly for instance. The room was nice but again it was not in the main block.. there was something missing in the hotels experience. The free evening tea and snack was awful. Yea was made terribly and the snack was tasteless. There are better evening tea service in places with yum snacks. This was plain simple boring and stingy at giving good food. Personally I would not stay here again.

Awesome place , awesome staffs and renuka mam who help us in dinning ,awesome decorations specially love the ambience and nature with trees flowers and beautiful statues and beautiful mirrors love the designs just i dont like the pool as its too small and steps wall is too sharp which can lead to accident to kids , food was nice and very tasty.

The venue is beautiful and so peaceful . But better than the venue are the people. Simple and always smiling and ready to help. Mr. Chandan the resort Manager and Ms. Renuka at the resturant deserve special mention for their kindness and for making our stay so comfortable. All of u deserve promotions.

Always a pleasure and a different experience of stay in every mayfair resort we visit. The hospitality, The beauty, The services at better than any 5 star brands. Front desk Staff were excellent in delivering services and took care of every small.details. The staff at room service always surprised when they came withen minutes of calling even when its a huge resort. The Staff and chef in the restaurant were always nearby to attend to request. Any special need was catered to smilingly. The staffs are evwr smiling and always greets whenever they see guests passing by. Mayfair is one place where we always enjoy every minute and never want to miss any opertunity to enjoy the whole experience.. every corner is well.decorated and the moment ones steps in th3 feel of ultra luxuary is felt. A great stay always ..

The stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff were very helpful and cordial. Special mention of Ms. Kakoli, Ms. Shreya Pradhan and Ms. Renuka for making our stay memorable. Great hospitality and absolutely stunning property at Mayfair Gangtok. Must visit.

Subhash and arup of orchid restaurant were very perfect in service with graceful behaviour. Rooms are having very good forest view. Beautiful scenery.

We had an amazing experience at Mayfair. It's a beautiful resort at a great location and extremely well maintained. Room is very spacious, ours was delux room with mountain view. If you are looking for a place with peace, tranquility and great hospitality, Mayfair is the place. They even arranged site seeing and nathula pass tours for us. A special shoutout to the housekeeping staff - Puja , Devendra and Nilima, they have been kind to us in ensuring our room is always well maintained.
