Spacious, clean, and tidy rooms. Very close to Lanzhou Airport. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious and bright, with relatively new facilities. However, the shower lacked non-slip tiles, and there was no alarm for falls. The initial service was lacking. Even when I called for help, no one responded to any issues with the room. Later, the Ctrip customer service manager quickly addressed some of my concerns. The restaurant manager and the lady who cleaned our room were the only ones who brought warmth to my forced week-long stay in Lanzhou. Their sincerity brought a sense of warmth to our distant home.

This is the last stop of this ten-day trip. It is the most satisfactory hotel along the way. From the moment I walked in, I felt that the service was very good, the breakfast variety was quite rich, and it was pretty good overall👍
