房間異味特別嗅，空調不製冷，應該網塵沒清理導致，一天晚上沒睡着，第二天要求更換房間。1321房間嗅，產品質量及差。這樣給消費者是不行的。

房間乾淨整潔無異味，空調非常給力，開31度也忒冷🥶！
床墊很乾凈，軟硬度偏硬，衣櫃還杯多一床被子，電視有免費台，想看其他就要會員
熱水一直保持，不會像其他地方半夜就沒那麼熱了！
服務很熱情周到，還介紹了當地的特色美食！和附近的景點，酒店還配有機器人代送快遞
停車場有2個充電位置，對開新能源車的我來説相當重要，不用地方充電
酒店3樓是中餐廳，陳醋雞腳非常入味，本地玉米很綿！

新年到高州玩，入住維也納國際酒店，酒店設施不錯，服務也很好，四點多入住後就出去吃飯，回來就發覺房間有點味道，跟前台反映，立馬幫忙換了房間，態度很好，過年三百多，平常兩百多的房價，性價比高！

服務態度不好，前台態度很傲，提出什麼要求都要客人給五星好評再説。廁所衞生極度堪憂，更要命的是被子不知道是有蟎蟲還是什麼，蓋着皮膚髮癢，癢到最後皮膚都抓傷了。維也納，此生不復再見！

第一次住店遇到這麼奇葩的事情。房是在攜程上定的，去到那裡的時候酒店前台説已經沒有房了，就剩一間留着店內現賣的，不支持網上訂單，攜程軟件上也不知道為什麼還有，還貶低第三方説它們不靠譜，叫我們退單説定錯了。因為當天去住的時候凌晨2點多了，那時候又晚又困第二天又有工作要忙。正打算現場定她所謂最後一間的時候，又來了一位也是在網上定的顧客，同時那個前台又接到她微信的老顧客問她還有大床房不。她當時説讓別人等一會還在忙着一會回電話他（不是自己心理黑暗，如果真的沒有了還會叫別人等一下，過後回電話嗎）掛了電話後就對我説我的訂單可以了已經看到了可以幫我辦入住了（嚴重懷疑她是怕和我繼續扯太多耽誤她的業績）居然酒店搞不起網上優惠活動就不要搞，又説沒房，又説讓升級會員以後住店會優惠點。這樣簡直就是欺騙消費者，耽誤彼此時間。同時再説一下這個服務員態度嚴重不好，影響整個入住體驗。
