Don't have room service during the week Monday through Thursday during the day.
Shower head could be updated, low pressure. Overall very nice hotel, will definitely come back.

The hotel provides quiet comfort
The rooms are always immaculate and bed comfortable. There are numerous restaurants to walk to and the area is great for walking

I had someone next door who kept me up all night. The doors were so thin I can hear the tv and this man talking so loud on the phone. There was no morning room service and the coffee machine was not working.
The restaurant was the only saving grace for this experience. It was very disappointing

I was requesting two beds when I was checking in and the front desk was not very helpful. Coffee maker was not functioning well.

Staff is attentive and friendly. They make everyone feel important. We left a charging cord in the room and when the bell hop went to retrieve our luggage he spotted it and brought it down. Attention to detail made our stay seamless!

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and always felt good about how the staff take care of their guests. The only thing that needs improvement is the wi-fi it’s weak.

Absolutely the best hotel for the price that we've stayed at in NY.
The room and bathroom were amazingly clean, elegant and comfortable.
