The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, Costa Navarino

Angelos was hands down the best staff in the resort, he takes care of guests experiences and he did so much for my wife and I. He is professional, kind and courteous man. The Romanos Luxury Collection should be grateful for hard working men like him. Definitely coming back again.

Not a good experience.The waiters and managers of the beach bar at Barbouni restaurant are very less,they got very bad conditions of working.They are working under 40 degrees without any shade nowhere! I am so dissapointed by seeing the workers that bad.

Incredible 5 star service, excellent location with many great amenities. The hotel concierge made us very welcome and helped with all our plans. I highly recommend this place and my only regret is that I had to leave, but will definitely return.

Considering the inordinate price for a “partial ocean view room” this experience was mediocre at best. My room fronted a construction zone that I was not made aware of. The food at the hotel was average. The layout was confusing and the gym was tiny. I would not stay here again.

Absolutely fabulous, stay in a room with infinity pool. This was a bit of an indulgence for me, but an absolute dream. Especially like to say thanks to Angelos Adamopoulos For making my stay extra special. I’d also give thanks to another young man Angelos at the bay golf club bar For exceptional service and managing a tricky situation when we were in late and the bar was closed at 6:30. Angelos endured, we were still serve drinks making the end of our day a special time. Most of the staff we encountered, including Magda on reception were friendly yet professional and charming. Breakfast staff were also a delight and pleased to serve. My only comment on opportunity for improvement, Is that some of the waiting staff in the restaurants were not at the same level of friendliness as a general Hotel. I look forward to return visit.

Our Easter was amazing for the 10th time in Costa Navarino ! It became a tradition to stay in this paradise with our friends. We loved the festivities, activities and delicious Greek food. Plus, we had fun and It was all so genuine and special! Can't wait to come back to the paradise .

Shockingly bad for an advertised luxury hotel. We have stayed at St Regis hotels previously and expected the standard to be comparable but so wrong. The resort is infested with ants and the Management Team do nothing about it so it will get much worse. Birds eating directly off the breakfast buffet and ignored by staff - hygiene issue. Advertise as sustainable but so much plastic - every item in the Health Club showers is a miniature plastic throwaway bottle. Children under 10 unaccompanied in the gym and running the treadmill at full speed. So dangerous but the gym staff member on duty allowed it. Younger children than this in the jacuzzi with a sign stating no lifeguard on duty. Dates and times can be provided for CCTV to be observed by management. Requested items that should have been in room, ie toothbrushes and had to re-request as 4 hours passed and nothing delivered. Shower gel, shampoo, etc, never filled on a daily basis, always had to request and wait ages for someone to come when you just wanted to shower. Majority of staff made you feel like you were a pain if you asked for a drink, etc. Breakfast choice broadly the same every day. Thick hair in food, reported to restaurant manager. Food at poolside always cold Confirmed use of Spa facilities included prior to stay and on check-in but refused entry without payment of 135 Euros per day!! It took repeated complaints and 5 days to resolve so lost all this time of use of what we had paid for.

If your looking for a place to fully immerse yourself in Greek culture in The Peloponnese then this collection of 4 properties is where you want to be. The Romanos has everything you need from outdoor activities golf, tennis and biking to lounging at one of the countless pools or the beach and plenty of delicious restaurant options from gourmet dining to street food. Then there’s the incredible staff that was so gracious and helpful in every department. Vincent at the bell stand went above and beyond to make sure we got everywhere in the resort effortlessly and safe. Evgenia at Armyra Restaurant was lovely and suggested several fantastic day trip options by car including Voidokilia Beach and Polyliminio Waterfalls. There’s also The Castle of Methoni nearby to visit. Efthisia at the guest reception and Sofia at the concierge were also very helpful. Then there’s the Amanzoe Spa (a must visit while you’re there) and it’s talented staff of therapists Tanya Gianna & both Maria’s. If that’s not enough take the shuttle over to the brand new W Resort or the soon to open Mandarin Oriental (Both looked gorgeous) and enjoy the amenities and all to be offered there. Finally you can also take a short drive to the quaint little seaside towns of Gialova and have lunch at Elias 🔥 or to Pylos for an authentic Greek dinner at Koukos Wine Restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ run by a local family.

Being a regular customer at Costa Navarino I would like to share my experience at Romanos A Luxury Collection. I must say I am a huge fan!!! I always have a great time, in this 5-star hotel. Love everything about it. The rooms,the environment, the high quality services...I must mention a few people who made our last (for the moment) stay unforgettable: Mr Achilleas Spyrou, Mrs Anastasia Alexopoulou (my personal fairy and new friend!), Maro, the personnel in the restaurants and on the beach...I am grateful to each and everyone of you!!!!
