El Bulin de Horcajuelo

5 out of 5 The Bulin of Horcajuelo is a must rural comfortable destination. Very close to Madrid but in the hills. Very relaxing and emotional charging complex their is nothing missing. The first thing you find is a great welcome via remote opening you cime to the front door the day of your check in and they remotely open the home and the keys are inside. Nothing is missing full kitchen including wine opener and full set of dishes pots and pans, microwave oven etc we made pizza and it turned out great. They care for every possible detail like BBQ with lighter and charcoal ( we brought out own and left the remaining behind because they were great and deserve to have the recognition and motivation to continue) they had wood for the chimney and a sofa to enjoy. 2024 tech !! Wifi in the entire complex and television with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney +, I mean really complete serious I could even get some emails out. The surrounding is pure peace we walked and did some trial exploring surrounded by nature. You have plenty of things to see in the wilderness. We were lucky it snowed and we enjoyed the weekend and I can guarantee we will be back and will highly recommend the destination to friends and family. Based on our experience and photos they already have another reservation by friends we spoke to. Good job, keep it up and thank you.

The team behind El Bulin seem to be completely absent & not care about customers. They forgot about us once they had received the payment. The house we rented was dirty & utilities did not work. When we mentioned these issues during our stay they did not bother addressing them at all. Equally, following our departure we sought to contact them a number of times to seek some sort of compensation, but we were completely ignored. I do not recommend this accommodation, although the area is very nice. Just find another place to stay!
