Great starting point for hikes. Very clean and well-maintained. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet.

The hotel is right next to the lake, and walking along the lakeside is very relaxing. However, you really need a car to get there conveniently; otherwise, it's quite a hassle.

Super delicious food, clean everywhere, very friendly staff.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, so getting around is not very convenient.

Everything was absolutely great. I have no complaints whatsoever.

The room we stayed in had no elevator, so we had to carry all our heavy luggage up ourselves! The view was fantastic, and the service was excellent. The room itself was nice too, but having to haul our bags up to the 4th floor was quite a shock.

Very nice hotel, the breakfast was extensive and the staff friendly. Nice spa and fitness room, everything was great.

There were spider web inside room with spider also balcony was dirty with bird stool, room didn’t matched the picture, the person in reception was really nice though.

It's a nice hotel, nearby risersee lake and good views around the hotel. During first night of check in, they gave a double bed room instead of 2 single bed, when i tried to change, they gave me another room in block E without elevator. which caused me to change back to original room and wasted time and energy. No apologies at all from the front desk lady, the other guy offered to help us carry the luggage down and apologised even though it's not his fault. Tbh quite a bad service from the lady. other than that, the breakfast was great and service was good from other staff, warm and friendly. hotel a bit old but its clean.

Great location on the outskirts of town but easily walked from the station in the summer/autumn, just be aware of the hike up a steep trail to the entrance - there is an alternative! Food was wonderful - great variety in the buffet breakfast and dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful; they make you so welcome. At the back of the hotel are trails with fabulous views of Zugspitze and Alpspitze; you can hike the old bob sleigh run, too. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.
