Habitaciones comodas y acogedoras. Comodo salon con chimenea para descansar del dia de esqui. Personal siempre dispuesto a servir al cliente. Traslado a pistas en comodos vehiculos. Buena restauracion tanto de menu como a la carta. Hace años que vamos y volveremos.

Hemos tenido la oportunidad de disfrutar de cuatro días de descanso en el Hotel VilaGaros y más que estar en un fabuloso hotel con todos los servicios deseables, parece que hemos estado en casa de unos amigos a los que vas a visitar y aprovechar para descansar y recorrer la comarca, y digo esto porque la Atencion, el trato y el buen hacer del personal de este hotel hace que, verdaderamente, te sientas como en casa de unos amigos. Desde el trabajo de la recepción, con Carles y sus compañeras, la labor impecable de los camareros, la atención personalizada hasta el máximo detalle de Mohammed, hasta llegar a la cordialidad, empatía y generosidad de quien los dirige, Rafa. En resumen, insuperable, volveremos a visitar a estos amigos en La Vall d’Aran.

Amabilidad de todo el personal, desayuno fantástico, buen servicio de bus a pistas. Por decir algo en las habitaciones que son dúplex en la parte de arriba se echaba de menos un espejo y una papelera.

Hotel familiar y acogedor en el cirazón de la Vall d’Aran, a 10 minutos de las pistas de esqui de Baqueira. Dispone de habitaciones y apartamentos que son de cuento o de película americana ;) grandes, ahuardilladas, todo de madera y totalmente nuevas. También tiene una piscina interior para relaj**** después de un dia de esqui o de excursión por la montaña si es verano. Terracita para tomar el aperitivo al sol y una pizzeria para cenas mas informales. Todos los empleados son de 10, como Rafa en la recepción, siempre presente y a punto para solucionar cualquier duda o problema que pueda surgir, o el camarero italiano, muy simpático y que prepara un aperol spritz genial! También el maitre que tiene siempre todo controlado y a punto. En fin, siempre repetimos este hotel y seguiremos haciéndolo. Uno de los mejores del Valle.

Una sorpresa muy grata ,el hotel se encuentra en un pueblo pequeño y a la vez cerca de todo desde las pistas hasta vielha. Los desayunos están muy bien tienen una pequeña carta de huevos y con su buffet se complementa, el personal muy amable en desayunos, al tener solo alojamiento y desayuno fuimos varias veces a su pizzería, la verdad muy bien todo desde sus pizza hasta las hamburguesas, aveces estaba demasiado llena por el tema covid ,el metre nunca perdió la paciencia y muy bien llevada ,es sorprendente que solo dos personas puedan hacer y organizar tanto volumen de personas, muy profesional. Para repetir.

Accueil parfait de tout le personnel, tout le monde est au petit soin. L'hôtel est très charmant et typique, coin salon avec cheminée bibliothèque et jeux, les chambres sont spacieuses et literie de qualité. Petit déjeuner parfait, copieux et de qualité Le restaurant est correct, rapport qualité prix interessant pour le secteur. Nous reviendrons !

No defrauda, es la quinta vez que nos alojamos en este hotel y cada vez nos cuidan mejor, el desayuno es completísimo y más. El servicio de restauración excelente, el de hotel igual, de transfer a pistas genial, lo único que lo tienes que reservar el día de antes a partir de las 3 . Limpieza excelente. Es un hotelazo con piscina y Gym.. en un pueblito de cuento .. y para todos... Hay habitaciones de todo tipo y también apartamentos . Entretenimiento de pequeños, salón con chimenea, merienda de esquiador por cortesía del hotel... Y. Un montón de cosas. Repetiremos seguro.
