Horrible customer service and the cleanliness is not the best, we waited 1 hour for check in and were still given the wrong room type (second time btw). Evening male front desk agent has no manners, speaks to customers as if they were his friends, likes to argue. The only reason I stay at this odd hotel is for the spa.

Staff are professional, and koena being downstairs is lovely. Cleanliness needs lots of work..

The room was smelling like someone smoked there, as we checked in. Spoke to the reception and they had their house keeping come and fix the issue.

Amazing place to stay and relax. Winter would be even better as there is an on-site onsen swimming pool and Spa for extra cost though. Gym is the best.

Nice hote. Could use some renovations. Blinds were ripped in room and doors are old.

We got upgraded upon arrival to a king room (winter/midweek). It was great value, the room was generous.

Everything was amazing the room, spa and customer service at the reception was amazing loved every bit of it, will be back!

Very warm welcome, the room was clean and very comfortable. A small downside, on the gallery, there were cigarette butts. A person before us had smoked (we are non-smokers and it is forbidden) and had left cigarette butts on the porch. The Japanese restaurant is fantastic, We were recommended by Ms Sara and she was very attentive and gave us excellent advice. Well done. We would return.

The facility says there is an indoor pool, but there isn't! The children are bored, the only spa is okay but under the age of sixteen can't get in, the restaurant kaso is not bad.

On aurait dit que l’aspirateur n’avait pas été passé. Un bloqué porte était brisé et avait été laissé par terre à l’endroit où il devait aller. L’évacuation de l’eau de la baignoire se faisait au ralenti de sorte que j’avais les pieds couverts d’eau au moment de prendre ma douche. Seulement deux bornes pour recharger les v.é. , ce qui amène des conflits entre les personnes qui viennent s’installer devant la borne, debout, pour empêcher les voitures de s’y stationner, se donnant ainsi le droit de réserver la borne. Une fois stationné, je me suis rendu compte que l’autre voiture en recharge était celle de golfeurs qui venaient de terminer leur ronde de golf - probablement une recharge de 4 ou 5 heures - monopolisant ainsi une borne pour les voyageurs qui devaient recharger leur voiture avant de reprendre la route. À $350.00 la nuit, c’est ridicule d’avoir seulement deux bornes de recharge dans un hôtel de 250 chambres, un resto, un spa et un golf. C’est évident que je ne retournerai jamais à cet hôtel.
