Nice place for a short stay, spa area with 2 hot tubs and sauna are great. Need to be more clean and taken of though.

Great Urban Spa. Small, clean, and well organized room. Will definitely come back when I am in Gatineau

A quirky little hotel that is directly on the main drag in Gatineau. The room was a good size, though the tiny bathroom left a lot to be desired; it was old, dated, and so small that the sink was in the main room.
The bed, however, was very comfortable and the desk/tv setup was great. Lots of convenient receptacles for plugging in phones and the like. The fridge in the cupboard made that cupboard very hot and I'd imagine those fridges won't last long as burnout must be a thing...
Weird, convoluted directions for getting to the hot tub from our room; make sure to leave a trail of breadcrumbs or you may be lost forever.
Front desk staff were professional and completely bilingual, which was very much appreciated.

We've had better considering it's not the first time we book in these kind of hotels. A/C made a horrible and inconsistent noise that didn't let us sleep properly. Room was small and staff was not very efficient.

The hotel was easy to get to. The staff was great, friendly, courteous and efficient. The facilities and rooms were clean the beds were AMAZING!!!
