Had a wonderful historic Inn. Rustic and charming. Excellent location, in the middle of all the amazing shopping and attractions. Had a beautiful view from my room 126. Fabulous free breakfast in the mornings. Charming porch with rocking chairs and a fire place to sit and relax. I will stay here again. Reasonably priced compared to other hotels. A true destination experience.

I loved the convenience of this hotel. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast breakfast was good! Beds are comfortable and pillows are soft. Showers had great water pressure and best of all, daily Bear sightings on location!! We come to Gatlinburg every year in July and my twin daughters said they want to come back here, they loved the creek walk connected to the hotel where they can walk down and skip rocks! It's located at the end of the strip and walking distance to restaurants.

Surprisingly pleasant stay. Check in went well, and the room was updated. Pillows, and mattress was very comfortable. The only con is the toilet was too low for my style.

Polite staff, good location, room in good condition. Too bad the sauna wasn't wrapped.

The apartment hotel is relatively old, but the hygiene is still OK, and the main thing is that it is cost-effective. The one-bedroom apartment has complete kitchen facilities and comes with a washing machine and dryer.

The river is gurgling, north of the town, and it takes 25-30 minutes to walk to the center.

It is a very well located place, everyone there is very friendly and the best thing is an excellent price

Nice hotel, very spacious rooms and I would recommend booking the fireplace. The breakfast was on the second floor, it was okay. Would prefer more vegetarian options or fruit. Short walk into the centre but there is also a shuttle that stops very near the hotel. Stayed for 1 night, would come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor space swimming pool.

When the person at the desk says, ”Watch out for bears around the property and dont leave food in the car .

We loved being right on the strip … We stayed 1 night and then decided to stay again the next night … It was very nice to see the people enjoying their job .. Breakfast was the best home made biscuits and gravy… ☺️♥️
