Historic Rocky Waters Inn, A Small Luxury Hotel

Great location loved the porches on the little pigeon river very quiet love it no one under 21 best of all

The staff was super accommodating and the location was very close to dining, shopping and attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful balcony view of a stream.

I loved everything except there was no microwave so don’t bring food back from a restaurant. The mini fridge wasn’t very cold but that was probably isolated. Aside from that it was perfect.

Hard to check in and park. There is no office, just staff wandering around to check you in. Parking Terrible. We were woken up at 7:30 am and asked to move car. No place else to park. Charged some kind of environmental fee? The hotel does have a good view and the rooms were clean. I would skip this one.

It’s a beautiful view of the river from our balcony. I didn’t read the fine print and you do pay for parking each night, you need to pay to park almost everywhere in Gatlinburg. I was wishing our room had a microwave. The room was beautiful and well decorated.

My only disappointment. Breakfast, even though complementary, would of been delightful as the scenery, if it wasnt made like it was complementary. Having a culinary degree you would hope that the egss Benedict would have poached eggs, not almost hard boiled and a hollandaise sauce, not a scoop of ????. And cold potatoes too.

Everything we could ask for. Beautiful lookout over the river to the mountain woods. The complimentary breakfast was actually at a restaurant next door, allowing you choose from a menu and made fresh.

Lovely view of stream from room balcony. Very good breakfast. New shower/bathroom. Very friendly service.

Very nice surprise ! Enjoyed the location. Everything we wanted within easy driving distance
