Gatlinburg Mountain Inn

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and it’s just a ~15 mins walk to the town center. Definitely a great value for the price.

HORRIBLE experience. The room was infested with ticks and other insects. It’s a cheap, low quality place. The rooms aren’t that clean either. There was no shampoo, conditioner, nor body wash in the shower. We asked to be moved and there wasn’t another one available. We had no choice but to leave and go to another hotel. They don’t have a working phone so I’m still going through hell to get my refund from *******. Trust me, stay away from this place.

The first room we got was dirty, but the staff made it right by reassigning us to a different room promptly. Great location for the price. Thanks for a great stay.

I got a very low rate during the rod run and was pleasantly surprised by the room. I will be staying here again in the future.

No Wi-Fi ,tv didn’t work , sheets had hairs in them like someone just made the bed didn’t wash the sheets , bathroom ceiling moldy from leak and crappy repair,towel bar was off the wall and the holes patched, blank cover player above the bed from old electrical outlets where cut wrong and to fill the whole someone shoved Walmart bags in it , room smelled like someone just sprain raid bug killer everywhere

Room was clean, but the bathroom shower head was a little messed up.And for some reason, the bathroom did smell like urine.Other than that , the room and stuff was very clean. The staff is always excellent at this place.I have no complaints on them.Whatsoever. there's not a whole lot of shops nearby unless you wanna walk about a mile to get to where you wanna be.But across the street there is a place you can rent the scooters and u t vs and a t v's. Parking is free and there is plenty of parking for their facility. All in all , it was a pretty good place to stay in very affordable.

The staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. Fairly clean, convenient walk to downtown too. No complaints here. Will stay again.

Great location! Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable, up to date tv and service, large mini fridge in rooms, great parking. There is a vacant house very close that can look creepy but it did not affect our stay! Office people were super friendly and helpful. Waked into town and back every evening, no problems! Would stay again! Great rates!!

Safe parking. Friendly staff. Clean property and rooms. Food around. And you right up the hill from the main streets in Gatlinburg. This is my choice of hotel Everytime! Shout out my people at Gatlinburg Mountain Inn!
