According to the charges stay wasn't upto the mark. Room wasn't clean and tidy. Ac was not working properly and service was extremely poor. They don't even provide water bottle and glass in the room which is a basic requirement.

There is no way the so called hotel has any standards of sanitation, service, hygiene. It's a place if you just want to sleep and go. Reception is not available to pick your call for most of the time. It is an under-maintained place.
