DoubleTree by Hilton Gaziantep

Very poorly maintained hotel, the worst I've ever stayed in.

The hotel was unclean; no one helped me carry my luggage, and no one greeted me when I entered. There was excessive noise in the hallways during the morning cleaning. The bathroom furniture was very old and smelled musty.

The staff was helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean. Since the location is also good, I will definitely prefer it on my next visit.

The hotel was alright, okay, but I have to say I was a bit surprised. Since the Hilton name is so well-known for luxurious and high-quality hotels, I had correspondingly higher expectations. Unfortunately, this hotel isn't a true Hilton, and you shouldn't be fooled by the lettering or the name. It's not a luxury hotel, but rather a simple, average one. It's fine for a short stay, but anyone looking for the typical Hilton standard should probably consider other options.

The room is large, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is relatively simple compared to other Double Tree hotels. Because the hotel is next to the road, it feels noisy when sleeping at night.

Good experience. But I think it could be better.

Quiet, upscale hotel, great staff, excellent breakfast

It’s not bad. I’ve never stayed in other hotels.
