I had a very disappointing experience at Konak Zeynep Hanim in Gaziantep. The service was extremely poor from the moment we arrived. The staff were unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving any issues. The room was in a terrible condition — dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not properly cleaned before our arrival. This was especially unacceptable as I was traveling with my four-year-old grandson. What made the situation even worse was the staff’s response. When I complained about the condition of the room, they simply claimed that this was the type of room I had reserved, which is absolutely not true. Instead of offering a solution, they tried to shift the blame. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

very nice room with wooden decorations and clean room. Comfortable service , nice housekeeper also very convenient to go to market and castle.

The location was great and the service was excellent.

I was very impressed by the fact that there was drinking water in the central area and that boiling water and tea were constantly available. You can come here tired and enjoy a hot coffee or tea.

Hotel staff were helpful. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness from our perspective. Unfortunately, it's worth mentioning that vehicles cannot enter the street where the hotel is located.

The hotel is very good, both in terms of cleanliness and the interiors of the rooms. There was construction going on next door during my stay last month. You might wake up early.

The room was a little damp, it smelled, the air conditioners need to be cleaned, it gives off a smell, I woke up with a stuffy nose, the only thing I liked was the service, Ms. Gülay's breakfast was excellent.

Its location is in Antepin Konaklar district, Bey district. Within walking distance to most places to visit. Mr. Halil and Ms. Sultan are very caring. If we come again, we will stay here again.

Konaklama yerine yakın bir yerde katlı otopark var. Orada ücretsiz kalıyorsunuz(otel size giriş çıkış fişi veriyor) Otoparktan valizlerinizi otelden taşıma motoru ile gelen görevli alıyor. Otel Oyuncak müzesi sokağında. Yerleştikten sonra çarşı bakırcılar kale yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin en güzel odasında 103 de kaldım. Oda nın farkı büyük bir balkonu olması. Teşekkürler.

Tüm konak otelleri gibi biraz eskilik hissi var ama bu sizi rahatsız etmiyor. Genel olarak tertemiz odaları var. Kahvaltı lüks değil ama yeterli. Konum ise gerçekten her yere yakın.

Otel merkezi bir konumda bulunuyor,ulaşımı ***et rahat. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi kendilerine teşekkür ederim. Kahvaltısını deneyemedim ama herkes çok övüyor. Temizlik çok güzeldi. Konakta kalmak güzel bir deneyim oldu.
