The location was very bad area More then 24 hours the hotel didn’t have wifi

Very comfortable place

The hotel is located on a hill right next to the center of Gaziantep, so transportation is convenient and the view around the city is the best💕 Especially the breakfast is very good!!!

Booked this for a conference, it's quite clean and good overall. There's just no quilt and no phone line, but it's good for the price, and the breakfast is good.

The hotel is 25 kilometers away from the airport, on a small slope, close to the city center, but there are not many people around, and it is quite difficult to walk there. It is more convenient to rent a car. Parking is available at the door of the hotel.

We were not impressed by the hotel at all. Due to a mistake on our part, we booked rooms for a week later. No effort was made at the desk to help us change the reservation. Although we checked into the hotel as guests with a newly rented room, our request for a possible refund was also denied. Unfortunately, most of the staff could not speak English either. At some points there weren‘t even someone in shift who could speak english with us. In general, we felt very unwelcome by the staff. There were repeated failures with the wifi and television. The Hotel is far away from the inner districts of the city. The pool was also not open seasonally at over 25 degrees, although ******* indicated it as a hotel with a pool. The corridors smelled of cigarette smoke. Used dirty dishes from room service were sometimes left on the corridor floor for several hours. Generally not even close to a 5 star experience and not recommended.

Property is excellent., but internet is absolutely not!! We asked the reception more than two times , to fix it , they mentioned both times it is fixed ! But yet we have no connection in our room! I wish there was a photo to upload a screenshot

Manzaramız otelin arkasına bakıyordu ve havalandırmaların sesinden uyuyamadık. Ayrıca temizlik konusunda hayal kırıklığına uğradım her yerde saç telleri ve yumak yumak tozlar vardı. Lavaboda elimizi yıkarken su lavabonun içinde birikiyordu gider tıkalıydı. Yani tamamen hayal kırıklığıydı bu gelişimiz.

I experienced many problems. This is probably not the place to stay if you don’t speak Turkish. The air conditioning broke down. We had an emergency alert at 4:30 a.m. my room had big holes in the wall and the drywall was falling apart. The towels had holes.

The drain in the shower was blocked and no one came to fix it. We stayed flooded for the whole stay. This hotel is not recommended at all.
