Amazing hotel. Gr8 location. Very clean. Friendly staff. Could not fault at all

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in my entire life. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of food, including fish and vegetarian/vegan options. The SPA area was clean, tidy, and lovely. Our room was very comfy too. All staff have been fantastic, I was in shock by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Thank you for making our stay the best!

Great hotel , amazing food at the restaurant. Lovely breakfast. Cleanliness should improve especially at the room shower , sauna and pool floor. However we had great time and will book in future again!!!

Rent och fint rum. God service. Dock var det dåligt tryck i duschen. Frukosten kunde snäppat upp lite. Utnärkt läge för att komma till Gamla Stan i Gdansk. Bra över lag!

Highly recommended, good location for old town and all of Gdansk's attractions. The room is very clean and cleaned each morning. Included a fridge , kettle and safe for valuables. My room was next to the lift but had no noise from this. The fan in my room was noisy , rang reception and the matter was resolved in 20mins. An excellent breakfast choice hot and cold buffet certainly worth including. Champagne is also served free at breakfast. The swimming pool and sauna and steam room are very clean and worth using, robe included with the room. WiFi was good too. Very friendly staff. Taxi arranged from the hotel and trip to the airport cost 90 zloty just under £20.

Upscale hotel with very comfortable and modern rooms. Convenient location, staff seemed a bit desinterested though.

Nice Big rooms, central location, Nice pool and spa. New and clean

The property is well positioned to walk easily to the old town, museums etc. Rooms clean and well appointed. Breakfast is very good. Staff courteous and professional.

Great location next to the old city. Large, efficient hotel. Room very spacious .. much larger than expected. Enjoyed the pool & waterfall shower features. Everything spotless. Good variety at breakfast.

Perfect location. Fresh and big rooms. Spa/Pool is very noisy. Breakfast is very good. Maybe room cleaning can step up it's game one more level, then it would be perfect!

Flott nytt hotell, god service, sentralt

Room was too hot as AC was broken and couldn't be repaired. I was told to open windows but was too noisy because of road, couldn't sleep. Next day got a room change with free upgrade. It was much better. Otherwise my review would have been negative. Also had wifi problems. Breakfast was good however 100zl seems overpriced.
