The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station and Malioboro Street, with a supermarket right across the road. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and helpful, really going above and beyond for their guests. I accidentally left my phone in the room, and they made a great effort to contact me and even helped arrange for it to be sent to my next hotel in Jakarta. I'm truly grateful for their assistance. The breakfast spread was extensive with a wide variety of options, and the fruit was delicious. The room was very clean. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Yogyakarta.

Location: walkable to main street. Many convenience store around there. Room : It’s clean well. AC works. No fridge. Wifi sometimes gone. Staff Amazing

The location is around 5 to 10 mins walk to Malioboro Street. Not located in the main road so not noisy. There is a convenience store in the opposite site of the hotel. Easy to get foods or daily necessities. There is also basement parking in the hotel. You can access it directly from your room floor. The staffs were also friendly and helpful during check in, check out and during needed.

stay april 22, Ask for non smoking room for 2 room 2 night from begining, front desk put me in smoking room, from begining they put me in smoking floor, on booking request is clear mention ask for non smoking room. such stupid front desk. room smel cigaret, with air conditioner not cool. room dirty
