Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Liked the hotel and the room. Couple of problems with the room - door to adjacent room left unlocked, faulty glass shower door. Still overall a good experience.

There is plenty of parking, but the hotel itself can be quite busy because it accommodates tour groups. The location is excellent—right next to the hotel there is a small waterfall and a nature trail that leads directly down to the town. Both breakfast and dinner were good, and the room was decent.

Location is good. Breakfast was very good. Swimming pools and sauna in the morning were great. Standard room was not good with view to the street and we had to close the curtains for whole stay. The group travellers were too loud at the pool area and in the lobby.

Pros : great location , high hill and walk 300 m. to the waterfall viewpoint nearby. Good breakfast. Outdoor pool is small but warm and gimmic jaguzzi. Indoor pool is huge. Spa is great. There are many relaxing area. Cons : far from tourist center, restaurants for 1 km. Room is ok but expensive if compared to the price. Service is not ok some issue. No amenity in the bathroom and small hair dryer.

classic old style hotel no modern technology, except WiFi with warm water swimming pools, can enjoy the scenery and have a drink.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the fjord, with a waterfall right outside the window. The view of the fjord from the hotel's hot spring observation deck is fantastic! The hotel has a great seafood buffet for dinner!

Nestled in a picturesque natural setting, surrounded by lush forests and distant rolling hills, the air is refreshingly fresh. The hotel is adjacent to a clear lake, and in the evening, the setting sun casts a shimmering light on the water, creating a breathtaking scene. There are also quiet hiking trails nearby, creating a fairytale-like experience. However, there was a minor hiccup during check-in: although I had already paid for the room through Ctrip, the front desk staff claimed they couldn't find the booking and asked me to pay again. Fortunately, I contacted Ctrip customer service promptly, and the issue was quickly resolved. Also, I was a little concerned that the hotel recorded my credit card's security code during check-in. I hope they can improve the payment process in the future to make the check-in experience smoother.

The hotel is in a great location, overlooking the entire Geiranger Fjord. There is also a heated swimming pool on the third floor of the hotel. You need to wear shoe covers to enter. Unfortunately, we didn’t bring swimsuits. In addition to the indoor pool, there is also a slightly smaller outdoor pool outside.

This is a clean, beautiful, established hotel. It seems to have been recently renovated, so the facilities are all new. Parking is a bit tight, so you'll need to ask the front desk for a parking pass upon check-in and place it inside your car's windshield. The hotel is luxuriously decorated, the breakfast is excellent, and the restaurant staff are very attentive and courteous. It's a bit of a walk to the fjord activities.

It was nice to have a steam sauna in the hotel after a day of driving, but it was too crowded because it was catering to tour groups. The price was not cheap, the dinner buffet for one person was 798 local kroner, if I remember correctly.
