location is always my priority, is good. room also okay, will come back

The location genuinely works in its favour — the only business hotel in EcoBotanic, with pretty much everything in the shoplots area within walking distance. That part is great. Everything else though? Hard to recommend. The smell hits you the moment you step into the lobby and follows you all the way through the corridor and into the room — a stuffy mix of smoke, mold, and poor ventilation that never really goes away. The bedsheets had visible stains, and the aircon felt like it had been quietly throttled for electricity savings — no matter how you adjusted it, the temperature just didn’t budge. We lasted maybe 7 to 8 hours before calling it. Checked out first thing in the morning because staying any longer simply wasn’t an option. Unless the management does a serious overhaul on maintenance and hygiene, this one is hard to recommend for anything beyond an absolute last resort.

No new toilet paper. chain Lock spoil and tell us just using door lock and sound proof is not good

This hotel is very convenient for food and shopping as Jaya Grocer is nearby. However there is a smell in the room when we enter. It would be better if there is ventilation for fresh air or air freshener.

Expect holes in the bedsheet burnt marks from cigarette smoking. Chemical smell all over as soon as you enter. Room does smell like smoke too.  Dingy lil stay. Water damaged all over, if you’ve any breathing issue I’m sure the molds won’t make it any easier.  Great location for food and cafe etc Superb water pressure.  horrible to sleep if you’re easily disgusted by the rooms condition. Walls cracked, wallpaper falling apart. Strong chemical smell, everything looks dirty enough to make a grown man squirm.  1/10

Pretty convenient place and good location. Less cigarette smell near the reception would be better.

A very decent hotel at this area and price is also very reasonable for this area.

There are many restaurants nearby and they close quite late. Rooms are decent, however there is personal wash up supply not included.

The room is okay One of the only hotel is Eko botanic The location is good Many eateries But the room has this strong bleach smell And moisture in the wall I hope they fix that soon

Very simple room with surprising comfortable beds. Room design abit dated but can’t ask for more with such affordable pricing.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting
