We made a second trip here, previously as a family. Love the scenic view, quiet environment and nearby restaurants for variety of food. There is no one at the reception counter often thus we would like to suggest if can include mailboxes with pin for us to collect and return our cards which will be more convenient. For hotel management consideration.

The location, amenities and apartment size and view was great. However, we did not get a daily cleaning as advertised and the first two days was a nightmare due to construction noise on the 43rd fl, apt was located on the 42nd, all day and all night until 10:30pm was a loud jack hammering noise, we told the owner he said that they have notified the police, he offered to move us to another apt on the 41st Fl but the noise was just as loud. It goes to show that the construction noise can be heard two floors down, finally on the 3rd the house was reduced to a toleraterated amount.

The unit was very basic for its price. $107 a night is too much for this quality. Floor is dirty, curtains arw dirty. The mattresses on all 3 beds were thin and hard, the towels ans sheets smelled like wet rugs. There were a lot of ants at the balcony. The lobby stinks. The place is very isolated and dark at night. The nearest restaurants were a walk away. The toilet shower and heater is the very basic, usual, home use and the water flow is not strong. We can hear screaming kids outside our door, either the neighbours are all rowdy or the walls are too thin. You could get a lot more value for your money if you book the proper hotels in Forest Marina.

Excellent views from my balcony! Definitely recommend my family’s, friends & co- workers who needed a short getaway from stressful work life. Room are clean & everything’s great!

Near the beach (about a 6-minute walk) Airport Grab ride: RM48 View: Direct view of Singapore Self-service check-in and check-out The hotel bed was very hard, and the toilet had an odor, but the air conditioning temperature could be adjusted (I saw another review saying it couldn't). The pool view on the 31st floor was okay, just a few leaves, haha.

The hotel's surroundings are stunning. There's a beach downstairs, and the 31st floor boasts a breathtaking sky-high pool with stunning views. 👍👍👍 The room was spacious enough, but the facilities were quite basic. The food options nearby weren't very diverse, but they were acceptable. The Thai restaurant, in particular, was reasonably priced and the quality was excellent. I look forward to seeing the room facilities upgraded. I'll definitely be back.

The biggest minus for me is that the pool on the 31st floor was not working. I booked this room ONLY BECAUSE OF THE POOL, because I wanted to take beautiful photos there. But the owner did not say that the pool was closed!! It is in the description, be careful! There are cheaper options in other buildings where the pools on the first floors are working! I think this is a scam! + The employees in the building (not the owner of the apartment) are rude, they scolded us for filming OURSELVES on video, what kind of nonsense is this? Pros of the room: - clean, there is a disposable toothbrush and shampoo - fresh, clean bed linen - view from the balcony
