Best Hotel@Carnelian Tower

Peaceful stay. Great sea view. Fairly long infinity pool on same level as our apartment. Fast response from host. Huge 2 rooms apartment with long balcony. Would be good if host can really ban smoking in apartment as there was a faint cigarette smell whenever we open the door to the apartment. No microwave in unit. Perhaps good to put some outdoor furnitures at balcony too. No free parking for covered carpark which is closer. Free carpark only at open air carpark which is further away and may not be safe at night since so quiet.

Conveniently located at the heart of Forest City with easy self-check in. We were blessed with level 35 awesome sea view and managed to catch the glorious sunset. Nothing to pick about the room - it was huge with a balcony and everything was immaculate and new. Only tiny problem is WiFi and aircon remote control not working. The service staff was quick to respond on WhatsApp and gave clear guidance. Maze open carpark is free for parking but a tad dark at night for the 3-4min walk. F&B around the precinct kind of limited and disappointing. However, Eco Botanic is about 15min drive away with lots of F&B options. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

I like the infinity pool view and the common area. Nice environment, walking distance to the beach side and maze. Kk mart with walking distance also.

my best decision ever to book this hotel. easy check-in and check out. my room facing seaview and singapore view. room very clean. this hotel include gym, yoga, sauna and swimming pool (infinity pool) located at level 31. just a location a lil bit far from JB but still a great location if you would like to enjoy your vacation with quiet environment.

The hotel is spacious and close to the beach, so it's a great place to stay.
