Forest City Golf Hotel

The hotel staff were all very warm and attentive! The environment is beautiful and the golf course is also superb! The breakfast buffet is also excellent with a wide variety of food to cater to different needs! We'll definitely be back!

The room was very spacious, and the bathroom had a bathtub. To celebrate our anniversary, I spontaneously asked the front desk if they could help with a simple room decoration. The staff readily agreed and had it beautifully and minimally decorated within 10 minutes. The sunset view from the balcony was also stunning! 🤩

I booked a two-night stay under separate reservations. When I checked in on the first day, the front desk receptionist told me to arrange the extension the next morning. To my surprise, the receptionist the next day said we had to switch rooms! What's more, she said the hotel was fully booked for the day, so we couldn't stay in our original room. Her tone was loud, and her attitude was extremely poor and arrogant. OMG, we are paying customers! After failing to communicate effectively, we were told to wait until noon for the manager to arrive before anything could be resolved. However, when we went back in the afternoon, another female receptionist smoothly processed our room extension. Thank you to that female receptionist, but I must seriously criticize the previous one, even though I didn't get their name. The golf course is great, and my game was very satisfying, but the front desk service truly has a 'bad apple' ruining it.

Terrible experience! As soon as we opened the door, there was a strong musty smell. The mirror by the entrance was damaged due to dampness, and the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. The soundproofing was poor; we could clearly hear conversations and noise from the hallway and upstairs. The shower water took ages to get warm, it was barely lukewarm! I was worried my child would catch a cold. There was no night light, so I had to leave the bathroom light on all night because I was afraid my child wouldn't be able to see anything if they woke up to use the toilet. And the breakfast! We went downstairs at 9:40 AM, and 80% of the dishes were empty, with no one refilling them. The tables were full of water stains and hadn't been cleaned.
