Overall, the stay was okay, but personally I don’t feel it offers very good value for money at close to RM300 per night. The pillow was quite uncomfortable, and the room didn’t provide basic amenities such as toothbrushes. These items had to be collected from the front desk, but this wasn’t mentioned during check-in, so I had to make a separate trip downstairs to get them. The surrounding area also felt less appealing, with quite a number of foreign workers’ accommodations nearby. Overall, the hotel was fine, but considering the price, location and lack of basic amenities, I expected a little more.

Repeat stay for my business trip. Everything good. Only suggestion is breakfast dish need to refill more promptly.

A nice place to stay with great hospitality. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside is that it’s almost an hour from the city centre during peak hours, so do factor in the travel time if you plan to head into town

Overall pleasant stay. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was abit inconvenient. Many foreign workers nearby, saw dormitory. Few minutes drive to Bukit Indah though.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We appreciated the hotel’s commitment to being eco-friendly and reducing plastic waste. For example, there were separate bins for recycling and wet waste, and no plastic bags were provided in the bins. Guests should bring their own laundry bag, as plastic laundry bags are not provided. Disposable Slippers are available upon request from the reception. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Breakfast was decent, with service available from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Another convenient feature was the water dispenser available on every floor, so guests can refill their bottles easily. It is recommended to bring your own reusable water bottle. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for travelers who appreciate environmentally friendly practices.

Good location 👍🏻 easy us next day go Gelang Patah to run things. Room, bed & pillow all very comfortable. Quite environment is good for us after a long way drive from kl. Will stay this hotel again when we in JB.

Average hotel with necessities. Breakfast was mediocre. Stayed at this hotel as it’s the nearest to meeting venue with client. If there are better hotels, its pricing will surely drop.
