"Stayed for one night in Deluxe King Room. The room is spacious and clean. The location is good. Not far from CIQ, food places and convenient stores within walking distance.However the main door of thr room needed to be pulled hard to open and pushed hard to close it as the door is not aligned with the door frame. The air vent near the door not properly covered so the ugly ceiling snd wiring csn be seen. The most disappointing occurrnce was the AC, which was working eventho not cold with the thermostat shown 16'C. It worked till 9am when it shut off automatically and not able to turn it back on. Called reception to send the technician to fix the AC. Nobody came till we checked out. The location of the hotel is good. But some parts of the hotel looks rundown. Can see no renovation done after the name change. The AC issue is the main reason we may not return to this hotel again."
