I was there for lunch.Bad food and absolutely overpriced. 4€ for one espresso. Hamburger with soggy French fries. I don't recommend it in any way. To be honest it is positioned along the autobahn with really easy access. The structure is old and not very well maintained

The whole, lobby and hallways smell after burn oil from fryer out of kitchen. Floor carpet has has so many colors, it is difficult to assume its original color. Besides clean towels and blankets (therefore we put poor and not terrible mark) hotel looks its has not been taken care of for 30 years at least.

This is a trap, do not stop for lunch unless you feel like getting absolutely robbed. They had a buffet thing going but everything lacked lids and you could see flies on the food almost everywhere. Anyway we were tired and hungry, so we asked for the gordon bleu that was 19 eur (but cooked on spot) and then proceeded to check if some sides were included which they confirmed. When we went to pay they charged us for everything on the plate, 4 baby potatoes for example were 10 eur. 1 tomato with some yucky cheese on it was 6.9 eur. Lol stay awayyyyy. Also no one could communicate in English and there were no signs whatsoever. Should have stolen something to get my money worth but unfortunately I'm nice person

We arrived at the hotel late at night and payed for a room with a creditcard, but the key box didn't work, so we got no key for the hotel. It was impossible to get in touch with the hotel, so we had to find another place to stay. However, they withdraw the money from the creditcard anyway, and 2 months later we still haven't recieved a refund. They seem to ignore my emails. Avoid this place!

2 Butter Croissants 7.10 Euros (3.55 each). Cinnamon Roll 5.25 Euro. 2 Coffees 12.00 Euro (6.00 each). Small Orange Juice 6.80 Euro. Believing that 31.15 euros is the appropriate cost for mediocre pastries and terrible coffee, priceless.

Angebot, Ambiente und Restaurant zwar top, Preise allerdings total überteuert! Haben für 2 doppelte Espressi und 1 kleunes Bier (0,3l) knapp € 20,- bezahlt!!! Habe das Gefühl, dass bei den Autobahnraststätten "abkassiert" wird

Die Kellner:innen hatten aufgegeben. Viele Tische verlassen, aber nicht abgeräumt. Chaotisch und dreckig. Salatbuffet geräumt. Tagesgerichte aus. Preise jenseits der Vorstellung. Flasche Wasser 11 €, Ofenkartoffel mit Lachs 19 €. Koch wies im Gastraum die Kellnerin zurecht. Getränke wurden falsch geliefert. Die Mitarbeiter taten mir sehr leid, waren hektisch, aber freundlich und gaben ihr Bestes. Aber sie waren zu wenige.

War im Steinhäusel abgestiegen. Zuerst einmal ist nirgends angeschrieben, wo und ob es eine Rezeption hat. Alles von aussen weist lediglich auf ein Restaurant hin. Dafür hat es einen Checkin-Automaten. Also, dort gebucht. Zuerst mal muss man viele Fragen beantworten. Dann kam für mich die Reservations-Möglichkeit, aber lediglich 1 Doppelzimmer für € 184.--, ohne Frühstück. Möglichkeit eines Einzelzimmer gibt es anscheinend nicht. Drinnen dann habe ich doch noch eine Rezeption gefunden. Dort wurde mir gesagt, dass bis 22 Uhr hier gebucht werden könnte, natürlich auch Einzelzimmer. Also bereits der erste grosse Frust (Differenz gut € 70.--). Dann das Nachtessen: Beim Buffet waren (um 19 Uhr) anscheinend schon über 50 % ausverkauft, Gäste habe ich um diese Zeit lediglich 6 Personen festgestellt. Dann das Essen: Das Fleisch liegt auf einem Rost in einer Schüssel. Unter dem Rost köchelt Gemüse, der dabei entschandene Dampf hält das Fleisch warm. Das Fleisch ist dadurch höchstens lauwarm, dafür extrem ausgetrocknet. Eine Katastrophe und eine Frechheit.

Schnelle Bedienung, frisch zubereitete Speisen, sehr gute Portionen, freundliches Personal. Heimelige A**osphäre, saubere Toiletten und gute Auswahl im Shop. Wir werden zukünftig unsere Reisen so planen, dass wir hier einen Halt einlegen
