A great apartment with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Quiet and isolated. The last part of the journey is a bumpy, winding gravel road, but doable. You are rewarded with the view and the peace and quiet. The landlady of the house is a very fr

Es war ein toller Urlaub mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Alles war liebevoll eingerichtet mit jedem Detail. Die Besitzerin war sehr nett und hatte immer ein Ohr für uns offen. Wir werden wieder kommen. Danke für alles Frau Luxner.

In the house: restaurant, central heating system. 1.5 km long very bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to the grounds. In Winter: please take snow chains. Steep footpath to the house. Parking at the house, in winter 900 m. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 5 m, bus stop "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 6.2 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 6.2 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, ski lift, gondola lift 500 m, slopes 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertal-Hochfügen. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
