Hue Hotels and Resorts Siargao Managed by HII

We came to Hue Hotel after a 4-day stay at Siargao Island Villas and it honestly felt like a downgrade as I paid the same amount. The hotel is still in soft opening, with unfinished areas and construction right next to our room. We were upgraded to a sea view deluxe room, which was nice, but the toilet had a persistent bad smell maybe coming from the drain that even cleaning couldn't fix. The shower was excellent, strong flow like a spa, but that was overshadowed by loud workers early morning and paint fumes seeping into the room. They offered to move us, but with only one night left, we didn't bother. The worst part was having no internet for two days. They said it was due to the tower cell broken, with no backup solution. Breakfast wasn't buffet style, but offered set meals. It was good quality and big servings. The gym was fully equipped; they have sauna and cold plunge, and there was also Pilates reformers which was amazing! Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, great staffs, great location and decent food.

Our stay at this hotel during our recent Siargao trip was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. The hotel itself is newly opened, and it shows in the excellent condition and cleanliness of the property. The rooms were exceptionally clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere after long days of exploring the island. We also appreciated the quality amenities provided, which added to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay. One of the highlights of this hotel is its stunning location. The breathtaking sea view combined with the beautiful view of Cloud 9 created a peaceful and scenic environment that truly captured the charm of Siargao. The pool area was also very well-maintained and provided the perfect place to unwind and relax. The food served at the hotel was excellent, with delicious meals that we genuinely enjoyed throughout our stay. Every aspect of the experience reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction. Another major advantage is the hotel’s location, as it is conveniently within walking distance to Cloud 9, making it very accessible for guests who want to explore one of Siargao’s most popular attractions. Overall, we had an exceptionally pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siargao. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, beautiful scenery, excellent food, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to the island.

Had a wonderful stay in Hue. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The kids’ play area was also a great addition, giving the children a fun and safe place to enjoy while we relaxed. Overall, a very family-friendly hotel and definitely a place I would recommend and consider staying at again.

We had a fantastic stay at Hue Resort and were lucky enough to be among the first guests before the official grand opening. The resort is beautifully designed, with stunning views perfectly framed from almost every angle. It's an excellent choice for families. The soft play area is clean, well supervised and kept our children happily entertained, while the range of facilities makes it suitable for guests of all ages. Breakfast was delicious, generous and set us up well for each day of surfing and island exploring. The staff were consistently friendly and went out of their way to help. The gym is well equipped with great views, and the sauna and cold plunge will be a fantastic addition once they're operational. There were a couple of minor issues. The air conditioning struggled with four people in one room, and during the last few days there was an unpleasant drainage smell coming from the bathroom. Overall, these were small points in what was otherwise an excellent stay. We would happily recommend Hue Resort for anyone looking for a luxurious base for surfing, exploring the island, or enjoying a relaxing family holiday.

The outlet, telephone and youtube doesnt work. The door doesnt lock properly.no proper communication between staffs

Had a great experience overall. The staff were very attentive, warm, and accommodating throughout our stay. I’ve stayed at Hue Boracay before, but I can say the service here in Siargao was even better. One thing I hope they improve on is the menu selection, especially for snacks and wine choices, as I think having more variety would make the experience even better. I didn’t get the chance to try their rooms this time, but based on the service alone, I would definitely consider staying here on my next visit.
