Extremely nice staff at the reception, who said I could change my bedsheet and towels when I wished (just not daily). You’ll need to put on your own bedsheets, and take them down to the laundry basket when checking out. The rooms don’t have AC, and only 1 floor-standing fan. So it’s very hot sleeping on the upper bunk bed during summer heat wave. There’s many power sockets at each bed, and locker spaces for luggage. Toilets are clean and have hair dryers. Do note that the public lockers are emptied at midnight, so you can’t store things in the basement overnight.

The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is super convenient. The front desk staff were also very friendly and polite, and they even have a cute dog! The room was small and the facilities were a bit old, but that's understandable.

The hotel is conveniently located, easily accessible from Geneva train station. The rooms and facilities are on par with a youth hostel, so don't expect too much. You'll definitely need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers; the room only comes with soap and a small sachet of toiletries. The front desk service is excellent, but be aware that check-out is quite early at 10 AM. You can store your luggage in the basement.
