It is indeed a very classic hotel, but the service attitude is not comprehensive. I booked a room with a lake view balcony, but the balcony was dirty and unclean, so I couldn't sit outside. Then there was light leaking from the room at night, and the light from the corridor. I reported this problem, but they didn't respond at all. The location of the hotel is good, very close to the surrounding attractions. You can take pictures of Geneva's iconic attraction - Jet d'Eau Fountain from the entrance of the hotel and cross the road. The breakfast is cooked to order, it feels good and delicious. The stay was incredible. The hotel is fabulous, the location unbeatable, the room had the best bed I've ever slept in, and the bathroom amenities were wonderful, even though I've traveled extensively around the world. The breakfast was elegant, fast, and delicious. The best part was the staff, all brilliant: Clara at reception; Dylan, the breakfast waiter, with an incredible smile, as his manager on Friday morning; and Zoe and Hugo at reception. I also shared with everyone my passion for my stay, which was to see the F-50 Catamaran Sail GP on Lake Geneva and cheer on the Spanish team. I think they were fascinated by the information about the event.

It's the first time for my wife and I to visit Geneva, the city of horology. The stay at Beau-Rivage Geneva is extraordinary. No other hotels that we have stayed before even come close to BRG. Starting from pre-arrival emails asking for our preference, Guillaume of the concierge team has proactively arranged Geneva Transportation Card for us to travel from airport to the hotel. Another colleague, Jonathan also helped us secure a table for dinner at Cafe de Paris on the first night. The highlight is certainly the surprised complimentary upgrade of our room to their Junior Suite with Lake View by concierge team, Celine, on our arrival. Celine is very friendly and helpful, accompanying us to our suite and showing us around inside the accommodation. Needless to say, the breath-taking view at the balcony, seeing the Jet d'eau Genève is THE reason for us to come all the way to Geneva! Knowing that we will leave early for a day trip on the 2nd day before the usual breakfast hour, Celine immediately helped us arrange a complimentary breakfast delivered to our room at 6:30am. That is really sweet and considerate. Another handsome gentleman of the concierge team also helped us delayed the check out time to 2pm on the 3rd day, allowing us to have adequate time to take a shower after strolling in the city for last minute shopping, before catching our flight in the afternoon. Last but not the least, upon leaving the hotel, another gentleman at the entrance helping with our luggage even provided us chilled bottle of mineral water, to keep us cool on our way to the airport via train! All these outstanding hospitalities have left fond memories in our hearts. We will definitely come back again to cerebrate important events of our life, such as Anniversary. Thank you once again for everything.

When a hotel lives up to my expectations i say it's great. But when a hotel i consistently visit continues each time to exceed those expectations i know i am back "home" at the Hotel Beau-Rivage, Geneve. As I'm not always so organized with my booking details I relied once again on Louis the reception manager to organize my stay. As always his communication was as exemplary as it was elegant. What was apparent to me from the moment i arrived and: • a new doorman introduced himself; • Guillaume the concierge was waiting for me at the top of the stairs to say welcome back (after having emailed me a few days earlier only to ask if there was anything he could do for me before I arrived); • when I received a warm and personal greeting by name at reception, is that this hotel truly values me as a guest. The personal treatment continued in every aspect of my stay. The housekeeping staff was great; Marco and his team in the bar and dining room were terrific as always. All of this to say it's a great hotel and even a better experience.

We were lucky enough to spend a short visit in the Beau-Rivage in Genève as family in September. Mr. Robert Herr and his entire team were absolutely world class hosts!! Every Question we had, every recommendation, every small detail and personal touch was delivered perfectly!! The bell/valet team were courteous and helpful every time we had contact with them. Truly a magical experience!!

A 5-star hotel that actually delivers 5-star accomodations, service and amenities! Our family (with 11 and 14 yr olds) stayed here for 3 days at the end of our England, France, & Switzerland vacation. It was the perfect luxurious way to end a busy European vacation. The service is top notch. The restaurants are all so delicious -- book early! We had the brunch every morning - incredible selection. The indoor and outdoor pools are lovely, with attentive food/drink servers. We enjoyed the easy access to the lake. The staff delighted us with many little extras in the room - chocolates, cookies for the kids, etc. Just perfection. We stayed in the Deluxe Room City and Garden. The staff prepared and closed up the extra bed in the sitting room every day for our kids. It was a great setup so that the kids and adults slept in separate spaces. It was a spacious room. This hotel is worth the money. Book it!

I booked this hotel months ago via Amex and it was not stated on the website there was a lot of work going on. I had per paid for the room and the hotel would not refund me. So we went. There was dust in the air. I booked a room that was meant to be 50 square m. The room we were given was new and it had a lovely view but it was small. Also the bathroom was small only one sink and a shower and a barn style door that was not hung correctly and was very hard to open and close so did not offer much privacy. The Amex amenity was one cup cake! The table set up sort of looked like it was missing any fresh flowers , chocolates that are the norm in Geneve. There was not even a bottle of water. It felt like someone had not paid time to check the details. We opened the windows as there was dust and a paint smell in the air it was so new. That being said it was nice to have a new room and the staircase and hallway is wonderful.

A wonderful property. The staff could not be any more helpful. I forgot some clothes in my closet and they quickly made arrangements for them to be mailed to me. There was not delay in them assisting. Our entire experience was delightful because the staff is so attentive. Our room was beautiful and the bathroom and shower were well done

We normally stay in LHW and most of the time we have had an excellent experience with everything in this hotel chain. . However, this hotel's check-in experience, room condition, and concierge service were much below the standard of LHW. It was our first visit to Geneva. Upon arrival, we request the concierge Mr Guillaume CHEVILLOT to recommend an excellent French/Italian/Mediterranean restaurant for dinner. He recommended the restaurant LE FLORIS which is a half-hour drive from our hotel. The food and service of this restaurant are below average. I just wonder why Mr Guillaume recommended us this restaurant???? It was a total waste of an evening for travelling so far and experiencing this.
