The location is great, 5 min walk from Lac Leman/ 10 min from Le Jet d’Eau or Pont Mont Blanc with easy access to Gare Cornavin. Close to BelAir and other fashionable areas. Tram 2 to Jonction (about 20 min trip) is only 2 min away. Bus 10 to the airport too. The decor of the hotel is somewhat dated but the rooms are spacious and there is a grand lobby for a proper holiday experience. The air conditioning worked but only down to 25 degrees (which was satisfactory in 35 degrees weather outside). Reception staff were extremely helpful and cordial (they assisted with WiFi, luggage, mains adapter, local area information etc). The A/C white noise blocked out the traffic noise to a great extent but there is some external noise if you are sensitive to this. I did not hear noise from other rooms. No coffee/tea facilities in the room but there are cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Good shower pressure. Proper hairdryer in the wardrobe. No USB ports, and only Swiss mains, one must bring Swiss mains adapter when travelling from abroad.

Very bad customer service. Toilet seat was cracked when I checked in past midnight.I informed the staff next morning and nothing was done. I have to inform them again in the afternoon and the staff blamed me for not informing them earlier. Very bad experience. Please change to a better quality toilet seat.

We stayed here for two days. It's an average hotel for just an overnight stay. Breakfasts were decent, and the location was excellent, incredibly close to the center. It's a shame there are no balconies, but otherwise, it's worth the money.

Swiss hotels are relatively expensive due to limited space, but this time, because my trip was longer, I booked a slightly larger double room with a view of the Jet d'Eau. From my room, I could see the fountain and the beautiful old buildings in the surrounding square. The room had three windows, which were very bright when open. My room also had a small luggage compartment. The hotel was very clean, and there was bus number 10 nearby that goes directly to and from the airport. However, you need to bring your own basic toiletries as they are not provided. It's a short walk from the city center, but not too far. There's a Burger King nearby, but for something better, you need to go to the train station where there's a Chinese restaurant; the food is decent. The hotel floors are wooden, which felt cleaner than carpet. Considering the high cost of living in Switzerland, this hotel is quite good value and worth recommending.

The room was clean, the beds/mattresses were good. The location was good, though occasionally noisy. The breakfast was poor: the fruit salad was fermented, and the food was of poor quality!

The bathroom and shower are in separate rooms, which is very convenient. The location is excellent, and the hotel provides a complimentary Geneva transportation card during your stay. It's also very close to the Jet d'Eau. Very satisfied.
